Our Story
We’re Caroline and Casey, longtime colleagues and friends for over 20 years. We are the founders of CeCe Freade™, a skincare line that is clean, gentle, powerful, and rooted in French and Korean expertise.
In our 40s, our skin changed. We faced real skin challenges and were navigating the realities of maturing skin, from contact dermatitis, hormonal acne, and extreme dryness. We realized that what we needed for our skin simply did not exist. We weren’t beauty insiders or skincare experts, but we were two moms who had a problem and committed to solving it. We set out to create the kind of skincare we needed for this chapter in life: skincare that was gentle but equally high performance.
We are personally connected to two gold standards of beauty and skincare, Korea and France, and that perspective shaped our approach to delivering calm, intelligent solutions for your skin. Guided by our brilliant chemist, Haley (and now our third co-founder), we unite today’s most advanced science with clinically backed, powerful, plant-based actives to deeply hydrate, calm inflammation, and strengthen the skin barrier.
